My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at Holly Tree Cottage for a weekend getaway. Val and Andy, the hosts, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The cottage itself is beautiful, with a charming garden and cozy rooms. Our spacious bedroom had a lovely en suite bathroom. And let's not forget the highlight of our stay - the breakfast! Fresh eggs, local sausage, and smoked bacon made for a delicious start to our day. Plus, the surrounding area offers stunning walks. Highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for such a well-maintained and comfortable establishment. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident, from the well-equipped bedrooms to the spotless en suite bathrooms with a relaxing bath. Lastly, the location was ideal, with easy access to public transport as the hotel is very close to Darsham train station.

The public transport options in the area were limited, making it a bit difficult to explore other nearby attractions without a car.

The hosts, Andy and Val, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of their family. The breakfasts were delicious, and the attention to detail and comfort in our room made our stay truly enjoyable. We can't wait to visit again!

For families with children, we would suggest having a small outdoor play area or games room at the cottage. My children wanted a space where they could run around and have some fun during our downtime.

Stayed in this lovely B&B near the charming seaside town of Southwold. The hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We especially enjoyed the fact that we were just a stone's throw away from the main road and easily accessible to nearby attractions. Another great advantage was that the hosts were happy to book us dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant.

The noise from the adjacent road, which was a bit distracting and kept us up at night. Nonetheless, we still had a fantastic weekend overall.

Our stay at Holly Tree Cottage was worth every penny. The room was cozy and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The location was perfect, with charming villages and the RSPB Minsmere nearby. Val and Andy treated us like old friends, making our experience truly memorable.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with a bit more variety.
